eBuilderz Terms & Conditions

Scope

These terms apply to all services provided by eBuilderz Infotech through our website www.ebuilderz.com, partner portals, or any other owned business channels. Our services include — but are not limited to — strategy development, campaign execution, creative production, conversion optimization, and automation system setup.

Ownership and Content

The client grants eBuilderz Infotech permission to access, test, optimize, and make changes to any agreed-upon assets (e.g., websites, funnels, ad accounts, or automation tools) for the purpose of project delivery.

Client Rights

All original content, creative assets, and existing materials provided by the client remain the client's property and will never be used by eBuilderz Infotech outside the scope of the project.

eBuilderz Rights

All frameworks, processes, automation scripts, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of eBuilderz Infotech unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Transfer of Rights

Upon project completion and full payment, all agreed deliverables become the property of the client.

Payment

• All services are subject to fees agreed upon before project initiation.
• Projects require an advance payment before any work begins.
• Flexible payment schedules can be arranged with mutual consent.
• Work may be paused if scheduled payments are missed.
• Payments are accepted via approved channels (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods).
• Payments are non-refundable for completed work, strategy sessions, or hours already invested.

Service and Maintenance

• eBuilderz Infotech may temporarily host work-in-progress assets on secure servers for testing and review.
• Post-launch support is provided for 15 days after delivery to address bugs or agreed-upon adjustments.
• Ongoing maintenance and optimization require a separate service agreement.

Termination

• These terms apply as soon as a client engages with eBuilderz Infotech for services.
• Agreements conclude upon project completion unless extended for ongoing work.
• Either party may terminate the agreement through mutual consent.
• Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

Legal Restrictions

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India, in accordance with the applicable laws.

Liability and Warranty

• eBuilderz Infotech provides services using industry-standard tools, platforms, and third-party software but does not guarantee their flawless performance.
• Any issues arising from third-party tools are the responsibility of their respective providers.

Website Usage and Cookies

• By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Copyrights

• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to all final deliverables created for them.
